I reccomend a full view of this one...

It started as a watercolor painting...well technically a monoprint...and I took it onto photoshop. I used the linework from the monoprint plate for the red sketchy lines surrounding the gas mask, and the actual 'rint' painted in watercolors. I made the background texture, and the bright double skull in the eyes was scanned from the same stencil that I did my Edward Mordrake prints with.
